Pine Soda

Pine soda is just what it sounds like. It’s made with Pine needles, sugar and water

Pine needles have a natural yeast which helps in breaking down the sugar

Add fresh washed pine needles to container. For each cup of water, add 1 Tablespoon of sugar. Seal container and allow to ferment.

If using a pop top bottle, be sure to burp it daily as the carbon dioxide buildup could make the jar explode
